Hi Friends,
I am back to blogging after a very long time. This time I am writing on behalf of a young enthusiastic person, Mr P Suresh, who took an initiative to provide minimum schooling for the children from the local community near Devanahalli Taluka Bangalore.
We all know education in Bangalore city costs the earth. In this scenario can you imagine what might be the situation of the children from lower middle class or worker class. I know we all want to help others and we feel it deep down the heart. But our main devil in this busy city life is time. This is where the person like Mr P Suresh stands out. He devoted his precious time to provide better education for all.
Providing Education is the best form of help you can do. Maria Montessori, Italian physician and educator, once quoted "Help a child to help himself".
Now enough of blab erring I will get to the point straight forward, Mr P Suresh is managing Gnana Jyothi Public School near Devanahalli Taluka Banglore. Currently the school has classes from 1-8, and has about 250 students.
There are 10 teachers on board. There are some urgent repairs to be done
to the school building. Mr Suresh has requested Varthana, Milaap's
field partner, for a loan of Rs 200,000 for carrying out the repairs and
renovation of the school building. The newly renovated building will
mean that the students will have a conducive environment to learn and
grow.
So on behalf of Mr. P Suresh I request every one to lend some help to development of the school.
